MAZDA 6 Sport Kombi (GH) 2.2 D (GH10) - Motorsteuerung (EMS) - 167B

Hallo und vielen Dank für die Anfrage in der Community
Der Fehlercode lautet: Injektor wurde nicht angelernt.
Ich habe dazu die offizielle Information von Mazda:
DTC P167B:00 [MZR-CD 2.2]
Fuel injector learning not done

DETECTION CONDITION
• Injection amount correction does not complete.
Diagnostic support note
• The MIL does not illuminate.
• The DTC is stored in the PCM memory.
• Can not clear DTC from PCM memory by battery disconnected.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
• Injection amount correction procedure has not been completed.
• PCM internal memory malfunction

VERIFY FREEZE FRAME DATA AND DIAGNOSTIC MONITORING TEST RESULTS HAS BEEN RECORDED
• Have FREEZE FRAME DATA (mode2) or snapshot data been recorded?
Yes
Go to the next step.
No
Record the FREEZE FRAME DATA (mode2) and snapshot data on the repair order, then go to the next step.

VERIFY RELATED SERVICE INFORMATION AVAILABILITY
• Verify related Service Information availability.
• Is any related Service Information available?
Yes
Perform repair or diagnosis according to the available Service Information.
• If the vehicle is not repaired, go to the next step.
No
Go to the next step.

PERFORM INJECTION AMOUNT CORRECTION PROCEDURE
• Perform the injection amount procedure again.
• Start the engine.
• Verify that the glow indicator light condition.
• Do the glow indicator light turn off?
Yes
Go to the next step.
No
Fuel injector adjustment procedure (fuel injector data reset and fuel injector code program etc.) again.
Then go to the next step.

VERIFY TROUBLESHOOTING OF DTC P167B:00 COMPLETED
• Make sure to reconnect all disconnected connectors.
• Clear the DTC from the PCM memory using the M-MDS.
(See AFTER REPAIR PROCEDURE [MZR-CD 2.2].)
• Start the engine.
• Perform the DTC Reading Procedure.
(See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC TEST [MZR-CD 2.2].)
• Is the same DTC present?
Yes
Replace the PCM, then go to the next step.

No
Go to the next step.

VERIFY AFTER REPAIR PROCEDURE
• Perform the “AFTER REPAIR PROCEDURE”.

• Are any DTCs present?
Yes
Go to the applicable DTC inspection.
(See DTC TABLE [MZR-CD 2.2].)
No
DTC troubleshooting completed.

Das ganze ist hier etwas unübersichtlich, aber wenn du das durchliest, dann siehst du den Punkt wo der Fehler wieder vorhanden ist und danach wird dann das PCM (Motorsteuergerät) ersetzt.
Du solltest also am Besten mit dem Fehler zu Mazda, damit die das abarbeiten können und ggfs das Motorsteuergerät erneuert wird. Tut mir leid das ich das und nichts besseres für dich habe.
